One of our VPs dropped his laptop for the 100th time and broke the hard drive. Maurice gave us a temporary solution for the VP to use while he was fixing the main computer and the returned the previously broken computer in perfect working order.
Since our main tech people are in Chicago, it's reassuring to have someone locally who we can go to in cases of emergency, allowing us to continue our day to day work confidently.

Thanks for getting Amy's computer back up and running. After you left last night, Amy found the CD covers with the product keys. She had taken them out of her folder when she called Dell Computers. I knew that I had not thrown them away; I never throw anything away. We had no problem downloading Microsoft XP and Publisher. Again, thanks and if anyone ever asks about a good computer repair person that makes house-calls, doctor I mean, I will recommend you.

Thanks for coming out on short notice on a Saturday to look over my laptop. I had sent it into one of the mail in contractors for one of the “Big box” stores for warrantee work, but it still wasn’t fixed when it came back. You were very professional, looked over the whole system and confirmed that the motherboard was going and the PCI slot was not functioning (which was what the mail-in contractor should have fixed!). You wrote up the diagnosis and helped me get the information needed so the big box store would live up to its’ extended warrantee. The big box store took the old laptop back and gave me full credit toward a new one thanks to your detailed write up. You could have tried to sell me a repair, but wrote up a detailed report so I could get a new laptop instead. I will always call Flat Rate Computer Solutions for our computer needs from now on, and highly recommend your services to all our friends.

Dear Maurice,
Thank you so much for the work you did for me this morning. Being on the go in sales all the time, it is critical that I be able to keep in touch with the office to respond to emails and to file complex reports. Doing that is always a challenge for me, but with my recent move to a new home I was faced with an enormous backlog and could not afford any down time because of
connectivity issues.
As I have come to expect, you responded immediately to my need for assistance. Demonstrating the expertise I have learned to rely upon, you navigated the communications system in my building, identified the glitches, set up an efficient network, and came prepared with the tools and materials that were needed for the job. My business had just instituted a new data recordation system and you made the software changes in my computers that I needed to interface with the central network.
