Onsite Rates:

Flat Rate Computer Repair (Onsite repair for single computer covers software installation and troubleshooting of Windows Operating systems and applications. Virus and spyware removal)	$159.00
Flat Rate Computer Repair with data backup (Onsite repair for single computer covers software installation and troubleshooting of Windows Operating systems and applications. Backup up to 20GB of Data)	$199.00
Flat Rate Total Package Computer Repair (Includes single computer repair, data backup up to 20GB, custom configuration, system board replacement, wireless and wired networking installs and troubleshooting. Peripheral setup i.e. printers, PDA, scanners)	$259.00

Regular Hourly Rates:

90.00 Per hour, $22.50 per quarter hour after 1st hour.
Emergency Rate: $135.00 per hour, $33.75 per quarter hour after 1st hour.

All hourly rate onsite visits will be charge $25.00 travel charge.

Remote Support Rates:

$45.00 for 30 minutes, billed in 15 min increments after 1st 30 min
$60.00 For 1 issue
$100.00 For 2 issues

This will give you an opportunity to take proactive measures to get problems taken care of before they become big problems. Get up to 30% discount on remote and onsite service. 75.00 Per hour onsite, $60.00 per hour remote.
Unlimited Remote Support Package
For $45.00 per month per computer this package includes installation, service and support of operating systems and Microsoft applications. This also includes virus and spyware removal, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, I Phone support

For $75.00 per month per computer this package includes installation, service and support of operating systems and Microsoft applications. This includes virus and spyware removal.

Note: Unlimited plans excludes hardware failures, how to questions, training, peripherals, moves, or major configurations. Non covered issues are billed at $75.00 per hour onsite and $60.00 per hour for remote support.
