Quick Questions
We often get clients that have “quick questions” via phone and email and our fast and reliable tech support are there for you to have those answered, affordably. As of August 1, 2011, all “quick questions” will be either billable or a compliment of for current clients.
If you are not a current client, all quick questions will require one hour of pre-pay time to our “Flat Rate Computer Solutions” credit card payment area. As much as we love answering all quick questions, most are not that quick and require time to assist you.
If you opt to pre-pay, and your question does not go over 5 minutes of phone or email time, you have one hour of credit to your account for other quick questions or troubleshooting time.
If you do not opt to pay, we will not be able to answer or get back with your on those problems or inquiries you have.
All pre-pay clients receive quick questions under 5 minutes as a compliment of our services.
What is a quick question you ask? Many of our clients ask if they should upgrade to Windows 7 or should they purchase new software, what Antivirus program to install, etc. We can reply to those questions quickly and most often, give an answer in a quick reply email. Those answers are helpful to our clients and do not require troubleshooting/remoting into your computers.

Quick questions that go over 10 minutes are billable (must complete client agreement form and do a pre-pay of 1 hour if not a current client)
How our Pre-Pay Services work
Buy 3 hours, get 1 free ($270) . We count these as 16 sessions (each 15 minutes count as 1 session; 4 hours equal 16 sessions). For every 15 minutes you use, we count off a session. As we bill each 15 minute call at $22.50, you save when you call in for the shorter questions, you come out ahead when you use more time. We bill once, receipt once, calling in is much faster for you and our staff, pre-paying is an excellent choice!
Depot Repair Rates:
One day turn around $50.00 (This is for us to stop everything we are doing to assist you)
Diagnosis/Analysis $25.00
Hard data backup $50.00 (with your own external hard drive)
Data backup DVD (up to 4 gig) $65.00
Data recovery $150 For initial try and effort, it’s a $25 diagnostic fee. If you bring in a hard drive or external, then it’s $50. If we need to extract with tools, it’s $150.
